FunChef – Terms & Conditions

FunChef is a subscription-based recipe app created by TripleSunProd (Developer Production Trois Soleils) designed for joint parent-child kitchen activities.

1. Mandatory Adult Supervision & Safety

FunChef is designed to be used by an adult in collaboration with a child. By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:

The app must never be used by a child without constant, active adult supervision.
All cooking activities, including heat, sharp tools, and electrical appliances, must be performed by or under the direct supervision of a responsible adult.
The safety and physical protection of the child are the sole responsibility of the supervising adult.

2. Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds

FunChef offers monthly subscription plans (Starter Plan at $4.99/mo and Family Feast at $14.99/mo) managed securely via Google Play billing.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click through your Google Play account settings.
Refund Policy: If FunChef is not a fit for your family, contact support@funchef.net within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
No Hidden Fees: Charges auto-renew monthly until cancelled. No long-term commitments or lock-ins.

3. AI-Generated Content & User Review

FunChef utilizes AI to transform recipes into illustrated steps. Adult review is mandatory: The supervising adult must inspect and verify all generated steps, ingredients, and instructions before execution.

4. Food Safety, Allergies & Choking Hazards

The supervising adult is responsible for verifying ingredients against known allergies and modifying food texture/size to prevent choking hazards for children.

5. Intellectual Property

The FunChef name, logo, UI/UX design, and brand assets are the property of TripleSunProd (Developer Production Trois Soleils).

6. Governing Law & Contact
